Made out of a stainless steel body and not any kind of stainless steel, it is made from high grade, Type 430 steel which is typically used for commercial purposes, the Oval Plus bin has a great style to it.
On the technological front, we have included the modern technique of opening and closing the lid. It is an infrared sensor which identifies any object in its vicinity. When something comes into 10 inches of the lid, it will open up, stay there for up to 5 seconds and close down again.
The best part is that you will never have to touch the lid or even push a foot pedal once.
Going forward, this trash bin has the Silenx technology, this is our trademarked technology that restricts any kind of noises emanating due to the opening and closing of the lid. The lid takes half a second to open, and remains still for 5 seconds, before taking another half a second to fully close.
