Guarantees & Warranties

Nine Stars products are designed, built and tested to last. However, we do recognise that occasionally individual components may fail due to unexpected circumstances. As standard, we offer a 12-months full manufacturer's guarantee with every purchase of Nine Stars product with the exception of the Autobin range which covers you for 10 years, when you register your purchase. Please note the warranty the offers a no quibble guarantee and will provide a new replacement head/lid once a problem is identified. The warranty however DOES NOT COVER the cost of returns, postage and packaging and administration. Currently your contribution to these charges is £19.95 per claim.

10 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Register your purchase of your Autobin in order to activate your FREE 10 year warranty.

Terms of Guarantee:

  • No quibble 10 year guarantee on Autobins bins purchased in 2011 and onwards.
  • Warranty does not cover the cost of Collection, Postage & Packaging and Administration. The warranty holder's contribution to this is currently £19.95 per claim.
  • The warranty Covers all purchases made within Great Britain (excluding ROI and Northern Ireland)
  • Products will be replaced if your Autobin cannot be repaired (See full terms and conditions for exclusions)
  • The cost of a courier service to collect and return your Autobin for repair in our dedicated workshop in the event of a fault is chargeable and not covered by the warranty (see above).
