as possible. The cost to ship will depend upon the service you require.
Free Delivery
Cost: Free
Orders over the value of £50.00 are delivered FREE within 5 working days.
Express Delivery
Cost: £8.95 Including VAT
Orders shipped using our Express Delivery will be delivered within 2 working days
Next Working Day Delivery
Cost: £9.95 Including VAT
Select our Next Working Day delivery and your order will be delivered the next working day
International Delivery
Rates available upon request and destination
If you order using our Next Working Day delivery before 12.00pm, your order will be delivered on the next working day*.
If you place your order after 12.00pm, it will not be processed until the following day, therefore, delivery will take place 1 working day after your order is processed.
You can opt to have your order delivered to an alternative address, such as your place of work or to a neighbouring house etc., but, please take note that shipping your order to an address different to the card billing address can delay your order whilst we carry out extra security checks.
With security in mind certain high value items may only be delivered to the card billing address. If this is the case and you have selected an alternative address, we will seek your permission before going ahead.

• Free Delivery is only available for orders placed online for £50.00 and above.
• Delivery times quoted are valid subject to:
• Orders being placed before the daily cut-off time of 12.00pm.
• Orders passing our credit checks.
• Stock availability.
• In the following outlying areas, delivery of your order may take up to 5 days, though we will make every effort to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. These areas include Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB25, AB50, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27, KA28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, FK17-22, IM1-9 TR21-25 and ZE1-3
• Some services will not be available for certain heavier or 'bulk' items, however, in these situations; we will deliver your goods as soon as we can.
• On occasion, we might need to apply extra carriage charges. If this is the case, we will not ship any items without first seeking your approval.
Examples:
An order placed using next-day delivery before 12pm on Monday, will be delivered on Tuesday
An order placed using next-day delivery after 2pm on Monday, will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday
* Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not counted as a working day.
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD to deliver your order. The service we use depends on the size, weight and type of your order.
Most of our deliveries are shipped on a 'signed for' service. Our carriers will only deliver the goods if someone is available to sign for and accept the delivery. If you're not available when the carrier attempts to deliver your goods, they will leave a card to explain this and give their contact information so you can re-arrange delivery or collection.
WARNING:
Please be aware that a scam company is leaving bogus delivery cards. If you are expecting a delivery from us, please ensure that the card left at your premises is genuine and has been left by our courier.
If collecting from the carrier, you will be required to present some form of ID. The carrier can only hold your items for a limited time, usually only several days; therefore, it is important that you contact them as soon as possible. For orders of small, lightweight and low value items, we may for your convenience deliver your order using Royal Mail where no signature is required upon delivery. Please note, this method of dispatch can only be used when you have NOT indicated that you require your order to be sent on our premium service.
